I know this sound like every other review but it haunted me for a long time! Clash of the Titans was a somewhat underwhelming affair (read our review), with its wooden acting, formulaic, video game-style progression, poor 3D conversion and action sequences that were more lackluster than thrilling. While it does get a little slow in the middle, the third act is enough to redeem it and end the story in a strong and disturbing manner! I believe that Tiamat’s Wrath is the best novel in the series at this point, just as in the television series, where each season is the best until fans see the next one.
